This project involved a 4000A, 480V automatic transfer switch (ATS) with one source from Hydro-Québec and a second source from seven synchronized natural gas generators.

It was delivered in 4 weeks and included new and used breakers, tested and guaranteed.

The assembly was configured to manage the transfer between the utility supply and the generator source within a 480V distribution environment. The lineup was built around a large-format ATS structure with multiple breaker compartments and bus connections.

The controls and interconnection work were completed later at the client’s site, and the installation received CSA certification on site.
